Principle

This website works without cookies, without analytics tools, without social network integration and without external fonts. All fonts and images are served from the site's own server. No profiling takes place.

Accessing the website

When the site is accessed, technically necessary data is transmitted to the server and stored in log files: the address requested, date and time, volume of data transferred, notification of successful retrieval, browser type and version, operating system, referring page and IP address.

This processing serves the secure and stable operation of the website. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, the legitimate interest in trouble-free operation. Log files are deleted after seven days at the latest.

Hosting

The website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, proprietor René Münnich, Hauptstrasse 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place.

Getting in touch

If you send me an email or call, I process your details in order to handle the enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for enquiries about possible cooperation, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Your details are retained for as long as the enquiry is being handled, and beyond that where commercial or tax retention periods require it.

This website uses no contact form. Email addresses are assembled in the browser to make automated harvesting more difficult.

Your rights

You have the right of access under Art. 15 GDPR, to rectification under Art. 16, to erasure under Art. 17, to restriction of processing under Art. 18, to data portability under Art. 20 and to object under Art. 21 GDPR. An informal message to the address given above is sufficient.

Right to complain
